Distinct elements – powder coated steel, pear wood, glass and tinted plaster – animate the Tribeca loft space and are placed in contrast to the existing architectural qualities of the exposed steel columns and gently vaulted ceilings. The southern portion of the loft is occupied by an open arrangement of office, living, kitchen and dining areas; while a more conventional, enclosed layout of private spaces is separated from the open loft arrangement by a large entry area.
