Sleepy Hollow, New York

The residence at Sleepy Hollow is an addition and restoration of an existing 19th Century house perched on a steeply graded site. Consistent with the scale of the original home, a modest interior was added, allowing for the creation of larger exterior living spaces. The existing house, the addition and the exterior living spaces are organized by a new stone plinth and terrace that anchor the residence to the landscape.
